Reason for ban:You have been banned by cynicaltester.
Reason: Argueing with an admin about a grief. Plus makeing a raceist joke in the middle of said arguement. Completely and udderly uncalled for ..

Appeal:First of all, "Argueing" with an admin is NOT against the rules. And the "Racist Joke" in question:

This joke is NOT racist as defined here. This does not imply that any race is superior to another.

In addition; I was not contacted by the banning moderator Cynicaltester before the ban. It was completely out of the blue, no warning whatsoever.

This ban is frivolous, uncalled for and frankly, ridiculous. It shows a lack of professionalism and is for no reason.

The joke is calling the moderator, Cynicaltester, a racist, which is completely uncalled for.


As for the part about arguing with staff. "In general, use common sense and treat others how you would like to be treated." (FIRST LINE OF TEXT ON THE RULES PAGE)

You wouldn't argue with a police officer about what is and is not a violation of the law. Because of this, you shouldn't argue with a staff member about what is and is not a violation of the rules. It's common sense.

Honestly, I don't know any other details, but what you have supposedly been banned for is (in my opinion, however biased or unbiased it may be) completely justified.

you can probably close this thread as he got banned in the same round. (12h after) for calling shuttle and breaking into cap office. its perma anyway.
