While I find this okay, to a degree, Your under 18, you shouldn't be on the server at all, but we allow that, being staff on a server that promotes/allows ERP is uh bad, also you've been a shitler in the past, as your app says, I'm already with black on this, your behavior in the past, and your AGE.

-1 hugely for me, we can get SUED for this shit, 7th Cavalry, a group I'm with, got sued a few years back for a couple thousand dollars just because his mother heard a curse word out of him and he blamed them to not get grounded, with us promoting ERP and such, I'd be okay with him playing to a degree, just for player population, but not as staff, a huge no for both the legal risks and chances of it happening being higher because of age.

-1 Because I believe your attitude isn't really the best for this kind of job with your past experiences with us, for one. And it wasn't all that long ago either. I'd prefer to wait before giving it a real consideration.
